Hair Stylist Assistant Jobs in Los Gatos

About the role

We’re hiring hair stylist assistants to begin their career with us. If you’re just starting out and want real training and mentorship, this is your seat. You’ll join our Assistant Academy and grow step by step — assistant to co-stylist to stylist — supported the whole way. We’d love to bring on two assistants to go through the program together, around 3–4 days a week each — and we’re flexible on schedule for the right fit.

What you’ll learn & do

• Work alongside our stylists and learn the craft hands-on
• Train through our Assistant Academy: modern color, dimensional blonding, precision cutting, and Aveda’s plant-based line
• Create a warm, welcoming guest experience
• Grow into taking your own clients over time
